Bed & Breakfast Winterberg would like all our guests to have a enjoy their stay and that is why we offer a number of free services. To keep our service as good as possible, there are a number of preconditions, we ask you as a guest to cooperate.

Following the motto "who asks can be helped", we hope you will not hesitate to tell us when we can improve the service for you during your stay.

  • Is there a mini bar in my room?

    No, but you can make your own (free) coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the breakfast room. Other refreshments are available for a small fee.

  • Is wifi available in my room?

    Yes, wifi is available through the entire B&B over a Hotspot and free of charge. Signing our Hotspot contract though, is neccessary for this.

  • Where can I park my car?

    In front and next to our house are parking spaces, where you can park your car for free during your stay.

  • Is there a garage for my bike?

    Our B&B has large garages which you can use to store your bikes, bicycles or golf equipment, if you don't need them temporarily.

  • Is your B&B suitable for allergy sufferers?

    Our entire B&B is equipped with floor heating covered with a sealed gravel floor (so no carpets), our beds have anti-allergic pillows and comforters, pets are not welcome and smoking inside is not allowed. If you have any diet wishes, please let us now before arrival.

  • Is smoking allowed in your B&B?

    Smoking is NOT allowed throughout our entire B&B. On the balconies smoking is permitted and therefore these are all equipped with an ashtray.

  • Are pets allowed in your B&B?

    We like to keep our B&B as fresh and clean as possible, so that allergy sufferers feel right at home. Therefore pets (of any kind) are NOT welcome.

  • Do you accommodate groups and small children?

    Because we don't have any special facilities and we do have quiet times (22:00h-08:00h), our B&B is not suitable for groups and small children.

  • At what time can I check in and at what time do I need to check out?

    Because of the maintenance of the rooms, we have fixed times for arrival (16:00h-18:00h) and departure (before 10:30h). Other arrivals are possible, but please notify us in advance.

  • What TV stations can I watch in my room?

    We have a satellite dish for retrieving all uncoded stations. If you own a decoder card for a satellite dish to retrieve stations you can't miss during your stay, you can bring the card and use it in the TV in your room.
